“I like Publix for most of our grocery shopping. The place is always clean, wide aisles, good layout and friendly staff.Prior to the rampant inflation of the last 3 years I was fine with their prices. Since then, however, so many items have gone way up and I've gone elsewhere or online for toilet paper, canned cat food, frozen pizza, coffee k cups, ice cream and vitamins. Publix still gets most of our business and we take advantage of their frequent BOGO sales.”

“It's not the most beautiful grocery store around. But the people working there are amazingly friendly and helpful. The prices are very good. They don't quite carry everything I like to have, but it's enough. I'm new to the area and have checked out a few different grocery stores. Food Lion is one that I will continue to go to. Again, I can't comment enough on the great staff working there. From the guys stocking shelves helping me find what I can't find, to the people at the cash registers. All stand up employees. But we were able to find a ton of other stuff that we were looking for and actually didn't have to wait to check out so that was a definite plus!”

“This is an out in the boonies Food Lion between Augusta and Aiken, neither of which is a fantastic place to buy groceries. The selection here isn't amazing, but I found a decent variety given the location, including vegetarian items like non-dairy milks and tofu. The produce selection looked better than a lot I see around here, and there were sales aplenty. It was also a clean, organized store and I got a little touch of Southern service even at the self-checkout. I wasn't expecting the world, but for basic groceries this location worked.”

“Lay the cornerstone of your Mediterranean diet plan by using these incredibly healthy and amazingly Infused complex oils and vinegar. It's a bit difficult to try all the different flavor combinations. Like me, you'll probably get hooked on a certain combination. It is fun though, to break out and experiment. So many different flavors. Salads, bruschetta, go wild and dip a cracker in! After your pizza's cooked, sprinkle on some Wild Mushroom and Sage oil. ENJOY! These things will change your life.”

“Clean and easy to get in and out. Just wish they would have more stock put out. They stay so short staffed and expect those who work there to do so much in such a very short time. I never see a manager helping put stock out like I have in other FoodLions. They have also discontinued some items that were sold out all the time. Their ordering is a hit and miss as well. I do love that they DO NOT HAVE SELF CHECKOUT!!!! The cashiers are very pleasant and hold conversations. The guy in the meat market is a GEM!!!!!! Always willing to stop what he is doing, even if he has a truck to pull, to get what we need!!!! He is a KEEPER!!! Hope management knows”

“I love couponing at Dollar General on Saturdays and especially this past one with the clearance sale, I saved a lot of money. I'm usually there about 2 hours just scanning items with the app. So yeah, my husband would appreciate if you would fix the bathroom at the Pine Log Rd location as it has been out of order for a month at least. I think the Redds Branch location is the most coupon friendly, to me.”

“My first visit in a long time to a dollar general, and it was incredible the amount of goods available. The young man behind the counter was very friendly and helpful, and although they were out of the item I needed, he did tell me that they would be restocking shortly. It's not on him, but my only gripe would be that the store was very messy, probably due to patrons placing things back where they didn't belong.”

“Even tho the line was long, the cashier was great. She was fast and competent, and cleared out that line wonderfully. Went in for cough and allergy medication for my best friend. Found it no problem. The one thing I did notice was the aisles were clear and merchandise was on the shelves. Most of the DG's around here usually have boxes in the aisles and merchandise that need to be put on the shelves. Nice to see a clean store with merchandise on the shelves and especially no boxes in the aisles!”
