“I wanted to take the time and leave a five star Google review for this establishment! I had Hay delivered yesterday and wasn’t able to be here at the time that it was being delivered, and the people who did the delivery did a amazing job at cleaning up after they stacked all of the hay beautifully for me. They even noticed where I keep my bags of feed and took the extra few steps to place them in order on my feed shelf little things like this makes a big difference and I appreciate the extra time that they took to do this rather than just throwing it in the doorway. I’ve also been into the store to purchase items and have to say the staff have been lovely and really helpful.”
“They groomed all 4 of my dogs yesterday and did an amazing job. Three of the four are husky/german shepherd mixed and one is a wooly husky. All of them have needed to be groomed for quite sometime especially the wooly husky. Even though he did not come out like I would’ve loved for him to (through zero fault of the grooming staff, they did what was best for him which is what I wanted), they all look great and I would recommend them over and over. The staff really cares about the dogs they groom and they do an amazing job. I paid significantly more a few months back for the wooly husky at a different groomer, and Animal House did a much better job and did what was best for him. I could not recommend them more. Great prices and they do a great job.”
“We’ve been taking our 13 year old Shih Tzu to Lori at Downtown Dog for grooming and she is phenomenal! Not only is she a great groomer, but she loves on and calms our very anxious old man. The entire staff is also so friendly, very helpful and make the cutest dog biscuits! Our boy loves the cheesy twists!”

But I was pleasently surprised when a cheery and eager-to-help girl answered the phone. I've just got to say, what a breath of fresh air! She actually ended up being the person that rang me up when I got to the store and was just as bubbly in person as she was on the phone.”

“I absolutely love this store, and the variety of items they carry. I primarily buy dog items here, and am always impressed with the variety of dog toys, treats, and collars. My dogs love the pig ears, and the neon green high vis collar I got my Heeler has been wonderful for keeping an eye on her when working with her in open fields and when hiking. The guy at the register is always super friendly and incredibly nice! I will always recommend this store!”
