“Ryder closes at 4:00. I was coming from several states away I got there at 3:50 p.m. I was greeted by the lovely Claire. Five star customer service.She was an absolute doll. I was tired and cranky and she could not have been more patient and accommodating. Claire answered all my questions and represented Ryder in the best possible way. I have been to dozens of Ryder locations. I don't recall anyone being a jerk but Claire went above and beyond so thank you.”

“Good service and truck for use. 24/7 is good, but get to rental an hour early. The pick up can be tricky to do on your cell phone. Other than that, it's nice to pick up a drop-off when office is closed.”
