“You won't find a more honest experience dealing with shops than these guys. I'm a mechanic myself, but don't have the necessary equipment or time to do automotive so I took my car to them. They checked it out and came back with an honest assessment of the issue informing me the issue wasn't severe enough less I wanted to spend as much finding the noise as fixing it, and even replaced a part in the diagnostics free of charge isolating the issue. I assumed as much, but am humble enough for an expert second opinion. It's a great feeling to know there is still good business with good people left in this world.”
“Great shop. I had a Bobcat that the Bobcat dealer refused to touch because it was too old (and they said they couldn't get parts for it). Riverside got it running in no time. And parts were no issue either. Good customer service too. Wish I had found them years ago. If you are in a similar situation, you may want to check them out.”

“I had my oil changed there a week ago. Yesterday when I went to leave the house I heard a weird noise. Shut it off and checked under the hood. There was oil EVERYWHERE! I had my boy friend (who is on oxygen) come look while I started it up and it was literally spraying! My bf called AutoX and explained the situation, thinking the oil filter was cross threaded or leaking. The OWNER brought a worker and came to our house after the shop closed. They went under the truck and worked for awhile and then said that the leak was coming from a transmission hose that went to the radiator. Even though it didn't have anything to do with the work they did, they ran to the parts store and came back to our house and fixed the problem. They worked on it for a total of 2 hours!! Then the owner told me to bring it by the shop and he'd clean the transmission fluid off the belts under the hood. I'm telling y'all these guys went waaaay beyond providing excellent customer service and into being great human beings with compassion ❤️ They have my business and praise forever!”
