Worst place ever, these people will make you get your ass in trouble calling my work telling them what is going on, when I owed $32 dollars crazy everyone i put down if you are 2 days late they call everybody on the contact list is getting a call..... ask me after my experience better to work if you can't afford to buy anywhere else. “If I could give 10 stars to TIm Glenn at this dealership I would. I bought a 2017 Chevy Colorado from this dealership and it was the easiest car purchase I had in my life. Tim is super friendly and honest, he keeps your best interest at heart. Not once did I get that pushy salesman feeling, if we needed space he gave us space, if he needed help he gave us help, even if he didn’t know the answer he was honest with us and said “let me ask someone who would know the answer” instead of just making it up like I’ve dealt with in the past. I had a great experience buying from Toyota Greenville, SC .Calling in from out of town I spoke to Danny the sales manager and we built trust immediately as we discussed a car he had for sale. He then turned me over to Silvie who did a great job helping structure the sale. She made it a very pleasant way to buy/sell as we exchanged humor with professionalisms and honesty. Ash delivered the car to me 3 hours away and was very accommodating explaining all the paperwork and even treated me to a full tank of gas before he drove my trade in back to Greenville. “Second time I take my car for service. This time was only for oil change. Service was done as expected. What really call my attention was the technical advisor, which unfortunately I do not remember his name. Young talent and by far better to work with compared to the first person I deal with in my first time. He put efforts to keep me updated how’s the work was progressing, considering I was waiting at the dealer. The waiting area is great, nice coffee and comfortable. The work shop area could be more clean and organized specially considering the type of cars the dealer is dealing with. I set my appointment for 7:30AM however nobody touch the car before 8:30AM, so a bit of waste of time.”

Interacting with JT makes the potentially stressful experience smooth. I took a car there after an accident awhile ago. My insurance sent me to a big name factory that put me on a long waiting list and had a very impersonal feel. I found JT through Google reviews and thought "really, 5 stars?" Yes, really. JT took my car in, worked with my insurance, battled with a weird replacement part, and returned my car to me good as new (it has been over a year now with no problems). And through it all, he is just an extremely kind and honest person. They don't make businesses like this anymore. “GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PRODUCTS!!! I live in Charlotte, N.C. and was in search of a vehicle part that I couldn't find at any other salvage yard for over a week. After making calls to salvage yards all over NC, SC and VA and getting bad customer service, hang ups and the runaround, I finally found this great place online and called and reached an excellent sales rep named Barry. He told me that he would check the yard to see if they had the part in stock and contact me and let me know if they did or not. A short time later I was surprised and grateful to recieve a text with a picture of the actual part and a call from him confirming the availability. I then asked him to please please please hold the part and told him that I would drive there almost 2 hrs away to pick it up...He then took the time to come up with a plan of action that would greatly cut my travel time by sending the part on a delivery truck to a salvage yard closer to Charlotte, being that he already knew that a delivery truck was heading that way from his location at some point in the day. Baker Truck Parts not only saved me time they saved me money. I would definently recommend this place to anyone who is looking for 5 star customer care. Thanks Barry you went above and beyond.
