The technician Sam, who helped me was very knowledgeable, and friendly. He tested my battery and alternator before changing the battery, which he did with ease and efficiency. “Over the years my 2006 Volvo XC70 has developed severe leaks, both power steering and coolant. One I couldn't access, the other I couldn't easily locate. Sheriff was able to find and repair both issues very quickly, and provided prompt communication on all matters! I am very pleased with the experience, and the ol' wagon is running better than ever. The turbo even seems to be running smoother, despite that being outside of what I asked them to service. I will definitely be keeping this shop on file should I ever need further work done!”

“Look no further than McKinney Dodge for all your car needs. This dealership boasts Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep, Ram, and Mazda vehicles, so there's a ton of inventory. The salesmen are very personable and knowledgeable- they even go attend yearly trainings hosted by Chrysler. To date the most helpful sales person I have worked with is Mike Henry. Mike has been with McKinney Dodge for about 20 years so he is very knowledgable about cars and how to get the most bang for your buck. Furthermore, Mike is very happy go lucky and he'll make it feel like you're buying a car from a friend! Additionally the service department at McKinney is not too shabby. The service department will work with you to mitigate any vehicular issues and help to ensure your car is safe to drive! Pro tip is to schedule your service department visit two weeks out to ensure you'll get the best appointments.”

“Visited the store August 27 because my car was at Dollar Tree and wouldn’t start so I went in Napa and talked to a very nice salesman and he brought jumper cables and my car cranked up so I went in and bought a battery, but I was treated very well and I love the store and the guy was very very nice and helpful. It is nice to know there are good people around!”

“This AutoZone is absolutely fantastic at customer service. 5 stars is not enough. Jaden in particular is incredibly professional, helpful and kind. My daughter, who is a college student, stopped in there on her way home from a 50 minute commute with an issue with her car that was making it virtually undriveable. We are 10 hours away and felt very helpless. Jaden immediately assessed the issue and fixed it for her quickly and sent her safely on her way. You don’t see customer service at that level as much as you used to and this store has it in spades. We cannot thank Jaden enough for taking care of our daughter especially on short notice.”

“2025 Ram 1500. Was damaged by getting rear ended at stop sign. From setting up my Appt time/ drop off/ went over my expectations for using only OEM replacement parts. Quoted @ 2 weeks for repairs... Got my truck in less than a week.
Repairs look like factory new still which was my main concern. Tailgate molding needed adjusted when I picked it up, they did it immediately. Very Satisfied
