“I had an excellent experience dealing with McKinney Mazda. After my local dealership neglected to answer my inquiries, I looked elsewhere and discovered a gem. The sales team as well as their financial department were very helpful and pleasant to work with. Specifically Jake and Stephanie made us feel like long time customers and not the folks from a state away that we were. They even gave my dog a treat. In a nutshell; they kept in touch but were not pushy. They were upfront and honest about pricing, which was competitive to better than others in the area. Even after the purchase was completed they followed up to ensure our satisfaction. 10/10 would recommend to a friend.”

“Outstanding work and I couldn’t be more pleased with the quality. Any errors found after I picked up my truck was quickly taken care of.This was a restoration paint job on a 2002 GMC 1500. It looks new again! The price quoted was a great value. Time frame quoted was lengthy but they were completely upfront about that. They met every expectation I had.Would recommend”

“It seems good people, but price for cover is higher than vendors. They couldn’t match the price for my Jeep. Best top website price is $100 cheaper than their price. I ordered from best top.”

“Took my 2006 Miata in for new tires and couldn't have asked for a better experience. I try to do all of my maintenance on my vehicles when I can, but tires are typically where I stop because I don't have the tools. I always get nervous taking my car in anywhere but these guys were respectful, quick, and did a great job. They were also very transparent and reasonable about the price and I was in and out in 20 minutes. If you need any work done to your cars this is the place to go and this is where I will be going in the future. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.”

“The computer system was down. While the cashier was attempting to reboot, I asked an older employee if he could scan my car for error codes. He told me the cashier would when he was finished with the computers and the customer ahead of me. The older employee was a bit rude and it didn't show very good customer service as there were other employees stocking. Be that as it may, the cashier did scan my car while we waited for the computers to reboot. Timing worked perfectly. Very nice guy though not very knowledgeable about cars. Then again, idk many auto parts employees that are. ?”

“I was helping my mom look at cars (pre owned and new). She is in her early 80's, and needs some assistance with narrowing down options. We went to Benson Nissan first, and had a great salesman, Duck Emory. He was really fun to work with! He was patient, informative, polite, and NO pressure. He showed us many options to consider, and we ultimately went back and purchased a preowned KICKS from him. My mom is thrilled with her choice and the positive experience she had with Duck at Benson!”

“I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Gerber, and my experience was great. I was really stressed about getting in a wreck and having to go through insurance and having a rental car, but they made it stress free. The manager, Brady, and her team really went out their way to make sure I had a good experience. they took the time to thoroughly assess the damage to my vehicle, explaining the repair process in a way that was easy for me to understand. Their transparency and honesty about the timeline and costs involved were greatly appreciated.Brady and Deana kept me updated regularly. I never had to chase them for information. The team was proactive in providing status updates. This level of communication not only reassured me but also demonstrated the dedication of the team to customer service. The quality of the repair work exceeded my expectations. The attention to detail was evident, and it's clear that the technicians at Gerber take pride in their craftsmanship. My vehicle looked as good as new, and I couldn't be happier with the results. If you find yourself in need of collision repair services—this is the place to go!Services: Auto windshield repair”

“Great ppl. Cheap enough parts. You don't have to make ppl richer like LKQ. You don't have to get searched. I lost a pk of tail light bulbs that were took by a thug bouncer at LKQ in Greece. Monteys would've gave me them. Ty Montys for your help whit my project Toyota camery.”

“This was a much more pleasant experience than prior trips to Benson Ford. The new service person, Joshua, was much more informed and attentive. I had a bad experience with a former service person, who did not pay attention to what she was doing and listed my vehicle as having over 150,000 miles on it when it only had 42,000. I had to make a return trip and have this corrected by the service manager. This type of incompetence can affect vehicle warranty and value. I am glad they have a new competent person in the service department now. I do have to say that there are other great service personnel, but glad to work with Joshua on this last visit.”

“Look no further than McKinney Dodge for all your car needs. This dealership boasts Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep, Ram, and Mazda vehicles, so there's a ton of inventory. The salesmen are very personable and knowledgeable- they even go attend yearly trainings hosted by Chrysler. To date the most helpful sales person I have worked with is Mike Henry. Mike has been with McKinney Dodge for about 20 years so he is very knowledgable about cars and how to get the most bang for your buck. Furthermore, Mike is very happy go lucky and he'll make it feel like you're buying a car from a friend! Additionally the service department at McKinney is not too shabby. The service department will work with you to mitigate any vehicular issues and help to ensure your car is safe to drive! Pro tip is to schedule your service department visit two weeks out to ensure you'll get the best appointments.”
