I had a great experience buying from Toyota Greenville, SC .Calling in from out of town I spoke to Danny the sales manager and we built trust immediately as we discussed a car he had for sale. He then turned me over to Silvie who did a great job helping structure the sale. She made it a very pleasant way to buy/sell as we exchanged humor with professionalisms and honesty. Ash delivered the car to me 3 hours away and was very accommodating explaining all the paperwork and even treated me to a full tank of gas before he drove my trade in back to Greenville. “This is hands down the best body shop around. When you have to go to a body shop, chances are things are not going well for you. Interacting with JT makes the potentially stressful experience smooth. I took a car there after an accident awhile ago. My insurance sent me to a big name factory that put me on a long waiting list and had a very impersonal feel. I found JT through Google reviews and thought "really, 5 stars?" Yes, really. JT took my car in, worked with my insurance, battled with a weird replacement part, and returned my car to me good as new (it has been over a year now with no problems). And through it all, he is just an extremely kind and honest person. They don't make businesses like this anymore. Now Thompson's is my go-to for anything exterior car related and I recommend him every chance I get.”

“Joe does great work a fair price. He is great about breaking up necessary maintenance so the cost doesn't hit all at once. Joe also personally checks all work done on any vehicle in his shop to make sure all work is done correctly. I recently had to buy a new car and I made sure to buy a Japanese brand so that I could continue to use Joe. He is by far the best mechanic I've ever had work on one of my vehicles!”

They even finished 1 wk before the estimated time and my baby looks exactly how she did when I drove her off the lot. They stayed in contact w me during the entire process. Kevin was very thorough and reassuring during drop off. 2 Year old vehicle-(Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland) always professionally hand washed and waxed- basically the same as from the dealership. Unfortunately even with all the technology including night-vision and auto brake- the systems worked it happened simply in the blink of an eye. 4-5 deer jumped in the road and only a couple kept going. In a matter of seconds I hit deer. They got me in immediately. Travelers made it flawless with their partnership with them. Kevin and the team keep you updated and are very friendly. They matched a pretty in depth color and calibrated all the “gadgets” of you will…Highly recommend.”
