We were in line in the Starbucks drive thru in Boone and the driver “thanked us” with a $25 gift card for letting him get in line ahead of us. What a kind gesture which tells us a lot about him. “Wish I could rate this family run business higher than 5-stars! My wife and I chose Henderson Body Shop based on reviews of their staff and completed bodywork. We were NOT disappointed. The bodywork repair on my 2016 Hyundai Santa Fe is top notch and the Office Manager, Kaylee Henderson, was great to work with. She is very knowledgeable, professional and treated us very respectfully. The whole experience made us feel like we were in great hands (which we were) and did not have to worry about a thing. Kaylee kept us in the loop and dealt with our insurance company in a very experienced manner. Would definitely highly recommend them to family and friends.”

“Derek Johnson was an absolute delight to work with— extremely knowledgeable, personable, professional, and made the whole process seamless! Derek sent me text messages, emails, as well as phone calls to keep me informed every step of the way!! I never had to wonder!! The car was finished earlier than expected too!! I had a small issue with the car after it was fixed. Derek called the insurance and got the additional work approved immediately! I would highly recommend Caliber Collision and getting to meet Derek just made the experience even better than I could have imagined!!”
“Definitely choose these guys if you need any body work done! I had a tight deadline for when I needed my daughter's car repairs completed. They met the deadline on the nose and would've had the car back sooner if insurance hadn't delayed us by almost a week. Mario was a pleasure to deal with.
