“Joe has saved us thousands of dollars fixing our Honda Odyssey Van. Ever since we bought the van back in 2015 It would occasionally shift really hard. No one could diagnose the problem. I know most to all other shops would’ve wanted to replace the transmission. We took it to Joe explained the symptoms. He did a thorough diagnosis and replaced the third gear pressure sensor. “We bought a late model Avalon last month that I found thru on-line searching there at this dealership. I worked with Max in sales and Malek in financing. Both were great to work with and were responsive and helpful. In wrapping everything up Malek was especially helpful in working thru the details of closing the deal and car delivery. While we had to work out the process of getting a second key and a minor sensor fix, this got worked out without any problem and Danny Godfrey - head of used car sales there - was helpful to wrap that part up and also a pleasure to work with.
