“GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PRODUCTS!!! I live in Charlotte, N.C. and was in search of a vehicle part that I couldn't find at any other salvage yard for over a week. After making calls to salvage yards all over NC, SC and VA and getting bad customer service, hang ups and the runaround, I finally found this great place online and called and reached an excellent sales rep named Barry. He told me that he would check the yard to see if they had the part in stock and contact me and let me know if they did or not. A short time later I was surprised and grateful to recieve a text with a picture of the actual part and a call from him confirming the availability. I then asked him to please please please hold the part and told him that I would drive there almost 2 hrs away to pick it up...He then took the time to come up with a plan of action that would greatly cut my travel time by sending the part on a delivery truck to a salvage yard closer to Charlotte, being that he already knew that a delivery truck was heading that way from his location at some point in the day. Baker Truck Parts not only saved me time they saved me money. I would definently recommend this place to anyone who is looking for 5 star customer care. Thanks Barry you went above and beyond.
