Quick, easy and professional. Walked in off the street 20 minutes before they closed and Mary came to the door to meet me and had a unit within 10 minutes. Granted, I have had a unit with the company before but she recognized that and treated me as such which I much appreciated. It all went better than I hoped. Thank you.
