“I requested a credit on a insurance bill charge that I didn’t need. Patrick the property manager at ExtraSpace was accommodating, efficient and explained the process on how to request the credit and get it. I followed the instructions and he expedited my request promptly. ExtraSpace has all the units indoors which makes it so reliable specially against the elements whether is raining, snowing or beating the swealtering heat. Their price is very affordable and their customer service is top notch”

I wasn’t able to pay my nephew‘s bill on time, but however, she did try to help me and I think that was great. She was a nice person kind very respectful.”

You can tell she genuinely cares about doing her job well and providing a positive experience. This location is fortunate to have her as its property manager!”
“As far as storage places go, it’s OK. Customer service is good but prices get ridiculously high. They raise their prices every year. So it’s probably not good for long-term storage.

“Could not rave enough about the experience we had here with Tiffany! Recently rented a u-haul and ended up having a few hiccups in the moving process that could have cost me a lot in the end, but Tiffany went above & beyond to help me get out of the predicament I was in. She doesn’t even work for u-haul but still went the extra mile for me. Hard to find customer service like that anymore! Could not thank her enough for all she did to help me. 10/10 experience!”
