“Fairly easy to set up online & with person on phone. Fair pricing. Place is kept clean but there are NO trash bins or dumpsters! Also, the place is huge with no windows and lights are off until you walk underneath them. Would not feel safe there alone. Closed on Tuesdays & Sundays . I get Sunday but someone should be there on Tuesdays. No signs for rest room or directions to the units themselves. Maybe all places are like this? Rented here in a hurry without checking other places. Would have looked around now that I know what the set up is.”
“We had a move of two houses combining into one, so a lot of moving parts, and we were very pleased with their work! The movers were very kind and took great care with our belongings. No damage to anything. Took apart and put back together our bed. Had to move a lot of very heavy items up stairs and no nicks in the stairwell. I recommend HD for your move!”

She very happy to changed the reservation to the right location for me and also went ahead and filled out all the information for me. All I had to do was pay. Rachel was very knowledgeable and clearly explained the prices, fees, and hours of the facility. Basically I would say she was a perfect representative and believe me I don't say that often!

Recently rented a u-haul and ended up having a few hiccups in the moving process that could have cost me a lot in the end, but Tiffany went above & beyond to help me get out of the predicament I was in. “We had sold our house and had to move in less than 2 weeks. I had called several movers to get quotes and Mark 1 was very competitive in price. But the main reason I chose them was instead of a fancy expensive flyer and quotes on line I got a personal letter from the VP Kristen about their company and when I called them she offered to come out to the house to make sure the quote was accurate and that resources needed to make the move happen were identified.
They did a great job did a great job moving our heavy, expensive furniture without damage to it or the house/walls. They also were able to move/coordinate the heavy shop equipment going to a different location out of town. The team was great. Ivan did a great job making sure everything was covered and that small loose items were packed and labeled. I have to say it was a perfect move.”
