“First time visit, I went in a panic; my MacBook Pro had a failing key on the keyboard and it was driving me crazy. They were very quick, and nice, and said they'd take a look at it. Sure enough, the "C" key was not functioning correctly - the person I was speaking with said he'd get a quick opinion from a colleague, who I could see working in the back - he stopped what he was doing, used a tool to take the key off, then a vacuum to clean, then popped the key back on and handed the computer back to me. It was PERFECT!! I asked how much, I'd gladly pay for having my daily computer working smoothly, and they said: "no charge, it was just something stuck under the key." In 2024, it is SO NICE to see this type of service!! THANK YOU!!”

“Recently had a Rotel rp1100Q turntable refurbished. It plays beautifully now. Mark installed a killer Shure cartridge and stylus. The turnaround was pretty quick and there were no surprises with the bill.They'll be getting my Luxman LV-111 integrated amplifier next. Nice to know that there's a reliable and honest source for Hi-fi repair in Greenville. *UPDATE* Brought that Luxman amplifier in and the turnaround was less than two weeks. It's working like the day l bought it nearly 30 years ago. A Pioneer TX-9100 tuner will next get the treatment to complete an audiophile anolog setup.Don Jones has found a lifetime devotee.”
