“Jimmy is so knowledgeable and helpful. I upgraded my phone at the Easley Verizon and they messed everything up, I spent 5 hours trying to get them to fix everything and nothing. I went to the Powdersville TCC and Jimmy was able to fix everything within 30 minutes. I have been back in there several times with different issues and Jimmy and Rachel have always had the answers and we are in and out with 15-30 minutes. Can’t say enough good things about them. Top notch customer service!!”

“The fans were squealing in my MSI laptop. I took it to CPR on Woodruff Rd and he diagnosed it and determined the battery should be replaced as well - that was correct, the battery was dead as a doorknob. So he ordered the parts and in 5 working days, he called and it was ready for me to pick it up. SCORE ! ! ! One other place in town wouldn't even work on it. But CPR on Woodruff got the problem solved and now it is working great again. As a customer of Metro, i was insulted by the charge. I cannot reconcile that charge and user friendly customer. It is an insult! And that's all it is! An unashamed insult.”
