Fed ex for the win again! For the 2nd time in 3 weeks a missing package. This is one of the most poorly run companies and a disgrace. No quality control and not a care. No customer service either which makes things even worse. Companies need to start using UPS more to ship. They are much more professional.

After waiting 6 days for a delivery with signature required they decide to tell me they lost my package. This was critical medication that I needed. What a joke FedEx is!
