I've ordered a phone from ATNT twice in the last few weeks. Once , and then a replacement. Both times the phones were stolen as soon as they reached this fedex location. Don't use FedEx.Shame I can't do 0 stars

My residence address was renamed and they can't find it. Currently having to use both addresses. Old for GPS delivery and new for postal service, so drivers don't see old address if I use it and are confused. It's a pain

Fed Ex has a problem with coordination and communication. My package sat on a truck (according to their app) for 4 days. It was shipped back and forth from the hub to the drop-off location and never dropped off. The customer support team tried to figure out the issue, but did not speak directly to the local drivers. I finally posted on SM and got a local warehouse phone number to call. The issue was that the package was too large to be delivered to that designated drop-off location. What was entered in the computer was the package was at the wrong address. Everyday from Tuesday to Friday the package was delivered to that drop-off. I could not even change the delivery address!! Also the package was sign only so had I waited at home for delivery, according to the app, I would have not left the house for 6 days. The app said it was being delivered by end of day on Sunday. The updated to delivery on Monday and so on... UPS has got FedEx beat by miles.

The drivers either don't pay close enough attention to our address or just don't care. Our packages go to our neighbors most of the time, we have even put signs up in both yards, but they still pay no attention to them. We do eventually get our packages but it would be nice to just have them delivered to the correct address at least most of the time.

For years, every delivery from FedEx to my home address has been at least a day later than assured at the time tracking information is made available. At least two or three times a year, FedEx delivery drivers miss my clearly-numbered house. At least once a year, a driver comes to my house and delivers everything except one or two things, takes it back with him/her to the distribution center, won’t let me pick it up, and declines to come back out without permission from the shipper to confirm my correct address—the address that is already written correctly on FedEx tracking information, and the address for *my* residence, i.e., the place where I live, not the shipper.

For two days my package was in transit but already in Spartanburg. Then I get an update saying it hasn't even left NC yet and it is going to be late. Nice tracking (sarcasm) nice ontime delivery ( more sarcasm) I ship UPS

I worked as a package handler. My last day was the December 16, 2022, and these guys didn’t pay me for my last week of work. FedEx doesn’t give you a direct line to the station. So how am I supposed to talk to anyone about the remainder of my check.

Decent work place but they don't like to work with employees when something happens like when our front end was torn off our car in the parking lot from another employee so now our 2016 nissan looks like we are bad drivers and we never had an accident. Camera could clearly see who did it but didn't wanna let us know who did it so we can prosecute that person so now contacting a lawyer to make them responsible for the damage.

Have a gate to our property. Our address says the gate code to get in, fedex delivery instructions have gate code, gate has large sign on it with phone number on it for access. 2 days ago they followed instructions and came through gate and put package on porch. Today dumped it out by the gate. Called and was told it’s a security issue that they can’t deliver behind a gate, driver doesn’t have a mobile phone, no I couldn’t talk to a supervisor. You could tell person responding to my complaint was reading off a list. Poor customer service. Followed up with corporate sender about problems and they will be contacting Fedex with complaint.

Cant believe a driver would rut up my yard pulling up to the front door because he is to lazy to park in the drive way and walk a few feet to the front door to deliver a package.

Please fix the trucks. I was behind one of your drives about 10 minutes ago on Bruce Rd and it smelled like something was on fire. The smell had came through the vents of the car I literally thought I was about to have an asthma attack. Despite that I had my one year old in the back seat I had to let down the windows and take a different route home.

They are impossible. They leave a door tag, but no address or phone information. This is not where you think you would need to go. So after an hour of running around, you may as well reorder your stuff and have them return the package.

Package sitting in facility for 3 days past delivery date, cant get anyone to locate or deliver it. Was instructed to pick up here, turns out, no customers are allowed, misinformation upon misinformation. Still cannot pick up or get my package delivered, all Fedex does is apologize and push back my "delivery" further and further.
