“So, if you don't know...the best way to do Sam's Cub is through their plus membership. With this plus, you just open the app, go to fuel, scan the qr code on the pump, and follow the instructions. It is at the very least twice as fast. No swipping, no waiting, no holding up everyone else (maybe I shouldn't say it that way); I'm just trying to get my point across. And when you are done, the receipt is sent to you. You just feel like a VIP...especially when you see others doing the whole song and dance to get started, and you got started after them, and start pumping before them, leading to finishing so far ahead of them that you don't even see them finish...lol...Sams should pay me for this review, cause plus membership bout to go up. And I didn't even talk about in store perks...I never had any problems with gas there, and I couldn't take a pic of it to show the quality, and my car doesn't talk about it.Keep it up Sammy!”

“Came into the store when no one else was there, grabbed my snacks, headed to the front counter. There were a couple of associates back in the kitchen but I don’t think they saw me. A woman named Jordan/Cam was mopping the floors on the other side of the store, she saw me, dropped what she was doing, and came to check me out with a smile on her face. Most folks wouldn’t see this as extraordinary customer service, this is the expectation. But I saw it as extraordinary, she could have easily kept her head down and focused on her task. A conscious decision was made to serve the customer no matter what, those actions are why your customers return time and time again”

“I recently had the pleasure of visiting your gas station today and I must say that the customer service exceeded my expectations in every way.
From the moment I pulled into the station, I was greeted with a warm and friendly welcome by the attendant. They promptly guided me to an available pump, ensuring I had no issues accessing it. The cleanliness of the entire station, including the pumps and surrounding area, was impressive, which made the experience even more pleasant.
While refueling, I had a minor issue with my payment method. The attendant was incredibly patient and helpful, assisting me step-by-step to resolve the problem. They explained the process clearly and reassured me that it was no trouble at all. Their professionalism and calm demeanor turned a potentially stressful situation into a smooth and easy resolution.
Additionally, the convenience store was well-stocked and organized. The cashier greeted me with a smile and quickly processed my purchase. They even took a moment to suggest a special promotion on a product I was buying, which saved me a bit of money as well as your Vap promotion is excellent.
What truly stood out was the level of personalized support I received. When I mentioned I was unfamiliar with the area and asked for directions, the staff went above and beyond by providing detailed instructions and even recommended a nearby restaurant for a quick bite.
Overall, the exceptional service and genuine care demonstrated by the team here made a significant positive impression on me. It’s evident that customer satisfaction is a top priority here, and I wholeheartedly recommend this station to anyone in need of gas or convenience store items. I will definitely be returning for future visits.

“True acts of kindness. I needed to get coin to pump air in my car tires. I only had a dollar in nickels and dimes. The attendant said I would have to wait until someone came to open her cash drawer to get the change made into quarters for the machine. I was disappointed because I have to get back home and didn’t have time to wait around. The attendant saw my disappointment and said for me to grab the sunflower seeds, I was confused but listened. She took a dollar out of her own pocket and rang me up for the seeds and swapped out my change. She then sent through her purchase seeds and my change, she said to enjoy the seeds and to have a great day. I was shocked, because a simple act of kindness can make big impacts. I left with a smile on my face and a true appreciation for her. Thank you so much for making me have a better day.”

“About a mile off I-85 along Woodruff and backed up to I-385, this is the separate fuel center for the Costco warehouse. To access the station, you will go straight at the first stop sign from the entrance and pass to the LEFT of the warehouse. (I went to the right and got a fun look at the back of the warehouse.)
The fuel price here is at least 10 cents cheaper than other stations nearby, as the cost is subsidized by your Costco membership. Yes, only members can use the station - you will need to scan your membership card at the start of the transaction. If there's a queue, how much is your time worth to save 10 cents for maybe 15 gallons of gasoline?
There are 3 aisles with 2 double-sided pumps, for a total of 12 pumps. You can use whichever queue is the shortest as the hoses are extra long and will reach across larger vehicles to fuel on the opposite side. Please be sure to pull up to the forward pump so two vehicles can fuel at the same time.
This is a gas station only. There are no snacks or drinks or vending machines. There are no squeegees. There are no restrooms here. The pumps are under a very high roof, so there is room for an RV under here though some of the corners to get in and out of the parking lot could be a challenge.”
