It is a great place for an entry-level DIY person not looking to spend a ton. The store is nicely organized, and the staff is super friendly and willing to help any customer. They have a good warranty system, including lifetime replacement. While tools are made for a job and should not be abused, customers report finding exactly what they need for a few dollars cheaper, with the quality coming from the user's own hands.
