Harbor Freight Tools offers a great buying experience with a nice selection of tools and other items at great and very reasonable prices. It is a great place for an entry-level DIY person not looking to spend a ton. The store is nicely organized, and the staff is super friendly and willing to help any customer. They have a good warranty system, including lifetime replacement. While tools are made for a job and should not be abused, customers report finding exactly what they need for a few dollars cheaper, with the quality coming from the user's own hands.
Good to go. Had what I needed. Service was helpful, polite, and cordial. Thanks

I enjoy just browsing the tools. Wide variety of tools. Toys include remote airplanes and cars. Cool! Great sizes in tarps. Harbor Freight- Wish it were bigger. That would be great. It would be a wonder land of tools then.

The cashier (I wish I would have gotten his name! But I am here on 8/14 before close, register 301) was SO helpful, he went out of his way to let us know about a deal we wouldn’t have known existed. Paid a little extra for a whole extra item. Great service!
