Had a rough experience at the N pleasantburg location with blinds.
Took them into this location and George in that department was 5 steps ahead of me knowing exactly where the other store’s associate had gone wrong. Made it all right and went the extra mile. Great customer service here.

Joann was very helpful to me at customer service. She helped me with my military discount and everything. Not to mention she was bad to the bone !
