“I've gone to this store several times for a variety of reasons, and I can not say enough about the positive experiences each time I've been there. Justin and Karlie are beyond exceptional. They are extremely knowledgeable, professional, patient, and kind. On one occasion, transferring data from an older phone to a new phone took longer than anticipated. In fact, it was 30 minutes after closing before the transfer was complete. Rather than asking me to come back at another time, they allowed me to wait and finish up with other technical details before leaving.
