Brooks was THE solution for the second issue: pleasant, wanted to help, had inventory they could recommend that included warranties, and then they delivered the furniture the next day! Julius immediately stepped in to help and processed the order while I was in the store. The entire process—including discussing sizes, materials, and print options—took only about 15 minutes. I was incredibly impressed by his efficiency, professionalism, and willingness to help.
The final products exceeded my expectations. The print quality was excellent, the materials looked great, and everything was completed exactly as requested. The banner and poster looked fantastic and made a wonderful addition to our event.
