“Took my phone for a battery replacement, checked in immediately upon walking in. Then got handed off to a tech expert at the Genius Bar and he checked everything in for me and gave me the estimated wait time prior to taking the phone in. When I went back, Liz helped me. My phone actually wasn’t working as anticipated, she’s the one who noticed. She took it back, spoke to the repair person and I’m assuming a lead/manager. She brought back a new phone for me to replace the one they messed up. Liz helped me change my SIM card, ensured all my stuff was restored and checked on everyone else at the same time. Jake also noticed I was waiting for the restore and took a minute to check on me. The whole team is great. Guy with longer dreads had great energy and it flowed through the team. Genuinely good experience although I was there for close to 2 hours.”
