I was interested in finding a good kibble for my 4 month old Black Goldendoodle puppy Chance. I called them up and they told me all about their food and asked about my dog and recommended food choices. I was told to come visit them and to pick up a sample of their food to see if Chance liked it. I made my way to their store with Chance in hand and was greeted very warmly. They loved on Chance and even let him sniff around and pick out his turkey foot that he just loved to chew on.He loved the food and a week later I bought some. We slowly transitioned him to their food from what he was currently on. He was doing ok on it until the day came that he received their food for his first full meal. He started to get an upset stomach and by the next day had a very smelly accident in his crate, which he never had before.I reached out to Pet Wants and Bree responded within the hour. She asked some questions about what was going on and then advised me to give him a little pumpkin, which helped. The next day I called Bree and we talked through what may be causing the issue. She was so genuine and cared so much, investing time, knowledge and energy into my pup. She then brought a new food option and a probiotic for his stomach to my house. What great care and customer service!Bree, Pet Wants GVL will always have our business, thank you so much for your care. I quickly found that paws and claws had a location right next to Leo’s vet and made an appointment asap. Leo was very nervous at first from a previous experience with an entirely different company. He warmed up very well in this environment and the staff were all very welcoming and knowledgeable about him. When I picked him up he looked the best he ever had. Crystal did an AMAZING job, she listened to all of my concerns and was very attentive and spot on with what we were looking for. I love that this establishment also offers treats and toys as we always buy a little snack before we leave. I also really love that they have snacks that are ingredient conscious as my previous dog was diabetic and I really pay attention to sugar. Super easy and convenient to rebook at pickup. We had the best experience and LOVE them! Highly recommend! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

After walking by at least once a day I went to turn one night without going that way and my dog began carrying on and jumping up on me before I realized what he was trying to tell me. He wanted to go by and say hi to the dogs that always greeted him from the other side of the fence. So we did. Lol. We also took advantage of the self bath area we saw inside when walking by. Great set up and great staff.

You can tell she loves what she does. My dog Peluche has always had very bad allergies. I finally decided it was time to bring him to a dermatologist after his eyes were bleeding a bit and his nose area after being outside for just a couple of minutes. I knew it was time to get him tested and start immunotherapy. Dr. Nowell and her staff have really helped with figuring out what is wrong with him, and how we can help him. Especially when he gets really bad flare ups during the summer time. They’re such a patient and kind staff! I absolutely love how they’re always checking up on your pet and if there’s any questions or concerns. The front desk staff are amazing as well! They are very nice and communicative with you at all times. I’ve been coming here for almost a year and so and my experience has always been amazing every single time. They also communicate with your veterinarian to assure everything is good. I love this office and the staff. They take great care of my boy, Peluche. ? Thank you guys!

We had a very short windows (10 days) but we only started to look for an appointment on Day -9 and so many vets refused to take us as they were scared they wouldn't have time to send it to USDA and get the certificate back on time. With NewDay Veterinary Care they took us on the next day and we got our certificate right on time! We are extremely grateful ??. The fees were pretty high we spent about $300/400 but at least we can leave in peace with our puppy. The team has been extremely available and helpful. Thank you so much.

Upstate Dog Academy
12 Grahl Ct, GreenvilleWe have 2 miniature dachshunds that were in need of potty training and socialization skills. We were never successful in accomplishing these goals and needed some help. After weeks of researching and calling different places, we found James and his team at Upstate Dog Academy. From the first initial phone conversation, James explained in detail why we were having the issues and gave us a plan of action to help. He was the first one I felt confident in sending our dachshunds to. After a few days with them, James called with an update to let us know how things were going, which I greatly appreciated. When he returned them home to us, he explained the difference between when they first arrived and when they came home, and how he was able to get these results. I am soooo happy to say that since they have been home, we have only had 1 potty accident in the home and we have been able to take them out in public several times without the them having bad anxiety and barking at everyone. They don't train dogs, they teach them which is a world of difference in my opinion. Not only that, but they truly love the dogs that go to them and they become part of the family. I know they provided our puppies with so much love and it was obvious. I highly recommend James and his team at Upstate Dog Academy and plan on sending both of them back again soon to further their progress. Thank you Upstate Dog Academy for making our lives so much easier.

Just one hour after dropoff the staff observed some blood in Ernie’s stool and immediately texted us telling us they were giving him close observation. On Saturday we were at dinner and got another text updating us that Ernie was improving but was still under observation. On Sunday we exchanged texts again and out of total interest for Ernie’s condition because of his heart murmur, Manager Alana called for an appointment and took Ernie herself to the Upstate Vet Emergency hospital. Fortunately Ernie had just a GI issue, he got meds, and we cancelled our vacation to bring him home. Every step of the way we were kept informed, spoke directly with the vet while she treated Ernie, and were not charged for the time needed to set this up and transport Ernie. Absolutely 5 star service from Alana and the staff for Ernie! Thanks to all!

During our stay in Greenville, we unknowingly dined at three of their establishments, and each experience consistently exceeded expectations. In contrast, our visit to Juniper (operated by Auro Hotels) was markedly underwhelming. The atmosphere felt needlessly pretentious, the staff was insulting, and the food failed to impress on any level. Table 301's restaurants, by comparison, delivered superb quality, warm hospitality, and an overall dining experience that stands out in every way.

I just love that they cook all the donuts fresh to order so when we get them they're warm and fresh. And that there are multiple flavors for us to choose from. Most importantly I appreciate the kind and attentive staff there. Like I said we've been there three times this week and each time the same couple of people were there working very hard and they were so nice to us. Yes, we came back for the donuts but we also came back because they were super sweet to us and I definitely appreciate that. So thanks to Kai and Yulie (I hope i spelled her name right) for being so great. We will definitely be back to see you both and grab more Donuts lol
