“I came here for a Saturday passport appointment and was impressed with the service. The gentleman that assisted me with the process was very friendly and helped me get everything done quickly.
I’ve only been in this post office one other time and everyone was very helpful and nice.”
“Some counter employees are miserable, one guy in particular. He has such a rotten, unprofessional attitude. I have no clue why he is like that, I have been using this branch since I moved here 10years ago. He has not changed one bit. Never a smile or pleasant salutation. I am always nice to them yet they do not respond in kind.
One guy with a mustache is amazing, always helpful and cheery, most of the ladies are as well.
Regardless I will still use this branch as I believe in local support as well as this institution that is a staple of our country!!!”
“I was here the other day when I messed up my delivery address. The lady who was behind the counter was so nice I was confused lol. She helped me find the package, it was waiting in the back. She was very nice.
I will say I am disappointed they did not call the phone number on the package prior to returning to sender for one of my other packages.”
“Its mailing service, of course your going to get the worst people. Ive seen these guys probably over 8 times within 2 months. Guys are always nice, answer my small questions and get what I need picked up or shipped out.”
“After two nightmarish WEEKS of trying without ANY glimmer of hope for a solution to a SIMPLE Change of Address, on a hunch I stopped in Orchard Park Post Office where Stephanie calmly and efficiently SOLVED the problem as I gave her my cell to talk with the Post Office supervisor in the other state.
Thank you, Stephanie. You are an asset to the USPS and especially for us CUSTOMERS!”
“Parking is good once you find it.
It is on the street behind the post office front. GPS will not get you there. Nice clean quiet office with polite staff. the only reason I didn't give it five stars. Was the trouble a finding the parking lot. There is no signage and no way to get to it from the street address.”
