Big and bald guy at the counter, without a name tag, is definitely not suited for his job. It's quite obvious he has no interest in people or being cordial whatsoever! Put him in the back and put someone else up front!

Went in person to apply for a passport with everything needed prepared beforehand. Spoke with a larger caucasian gentleman in the middle counter. He was extremely rude, unpleasant to work with, and uninformative about the process. I now see first hand why this location has a 1.8 review.
