“I have had my PO Box at this location for years and have had no problem in picking up my mail. If I need to get stamps, pick up a package, or have something mailed, I am always treated well here by the staff.”
“I was pleasantly surprised at the quick and efficient service I received as I mailed a package today! The employees kept the line moving and treated customers with fairness even ones with confusing actions (like forming a new line where they shouldn’t). Kiva made my transaction seamless and effective. Her friendliness was refreshing as well. Great experience!”
“I was here the other day when I messed up my delivery address. The lady who was behind the counter was so nice I was confused lol. She helped me find the package, it was waiting in the back. She was very nice.
I will say I am disappointed they did not call the phone number on the package prior to returning to sender for one of my other packages.”
