The staff are friendly, efficient, helpful, kind, responsive, and very trustworthy, providing great customer service with a smile. The facility is always clean, easily accessible, and cool inside, with carts provided to facilitate move-ins. Customers report an amazing experience, noting the staff came through at a clutch moment and were helpful in getting a last minute unit. Communication and billing are excellent, easy, and convenient. Many customers highly recommend Storage Sense for any storage needs and would not store their belongings anywhere else.
My wife and I visited 7 facilities in Greenville for the right fit. Storage Sense stood out immediately. It was the cleanest/safest by far & the store manager Wendy at the office was sweet, professional & accommodating. They even have new smart units that we are getting.
