Sweetbriar is a charming furniture store known for its beautiful and varied pieces. The shop offers a mix of old, refurbished vintage furniture and newer items, with styles including farmhouse, colonial, contemporary, and country. Customers often find the craftsmanship of the vintage pieces superior to mass-produced items from big box stores, and prices are generally reasonable considering the quality and effort involved. The store layout is clean and inviting, with well-arranged vignettes that make browsing easy and relaxing. Staff are friendly and helpful without being intrusive, providing a welcoming atmosphere. Many pieces are showcased on Facebook and Instagram, with new items posted weekly, and customers can call ahead to hold pieces. Inventory tends to come and go quickly, so timely decisions are recommended. Overall, Sweetbriar is a highly recommended shop for those seeking unique, well-crafted furniture at fair prices.

Very well done painted pieces for dining room and bedrooms. Reviving beautiful brown furniture that was made in North Carolina before that production moved to China. No pressed board. Stock moves quickly. Fridays are the day for restock. Priced right.
