We picked out a Nectar mattress that she was able to price match to another competitor. We tried sleeping on it for over a month but found out there was a defect in the support. When we went back for a swap, she asked us to pick out a back up mattress in case it happened again. We ended up liking the one she showed us even better! It was $100 more expensive, so we expected to pay that plus pay restocking fees/exchange fees/etc. That was fine with us. But because of the warranty and defect (not a comfort issue), we only had to pay tax! She is so pleasant to work with and keeps a positive demeanor. While helping us, she also helped two other customers and treated us all exactly the same which is so refreshing to see. I hope Mattress Firm knows they can't afford to lose an employee like Kendra. She's priceless!”

“WOW, I have to start off with a wow! I bought my Human Touch back chair from Ashley in Greenville and I have to say, don’t go anywhere else and don’t waste your time trying to save a little money. I have a couple of small issues with my chair, the first time Ashley got involved personally, made a few calls and it was taken care of. Now just yesterday I called in and ask if there was someone that could maybe help with a technical issue. The young lady ask me to explain the issue I was having, then looked up my purchase information and explained that she would open a service ticket for me and that it might a few days but someone would reach out to me. Well, I received an email today which was a copy of an invoice (NO CHARGE) showing the parts have already been shipped, WOW. “After checking out several other furniture stores, we landed in the Furniture Marketplace. Spotted a few things, right off the bat... noticed their pricing was more affordable and Han the others we had walked through. While talking to Paul and the owner, I explained our situation... we had just moved here from Matlacha, FL where we had lost everything to Hurricane Ian and basically, starting over. They immediately started helping find other pieces we could use... they have a bargain center. We ended up with about 15 pieces saving thousands over some of the other stores. “Cool stuff but skip it if you don’t want animal fur and animal smell. One of the pups was itching terribly and it looked like maybe fleas. He might be allergic and his hind end was losing fur. The gent behind the desk said he runs an animal rescue which explains it all. Thanks for rescuing fur babies! More like a museum than a furniture store. Lots of stuff is not for sale. The staff has excellent design sense and is very helpful. When a special order piece arrived and didn't make the turn up my stairs, they made it work for me without trying to be difficult. Other stores might not have been as generous. I was happy with their delivery team and customer service. Be forewarned that almost all furniture (from anywhere, not just from DZN) is delayed due to supply chain issues. Buy something off of the floor in the store if you can!”

“I purchased a bed from mattress firm and was in and out of the store in less than 30 minutes. I didn’t feel pressure from the gentleman working with me. Due to travel I was out of town for a short period, and they accommodated my schedule and delivered the bed weeks later when I returned home.When delivering the bed, there was a couple holes in the boxspring. I called the store and they immediately said they would send me another boxspring but to keep the current bed, so I didn’t have to wait any longer. They swapped out the boxsprings at no cost. I appreciate that customer service. They were kind and understanding. I would recommend mattress firm.”
