“Nothing but nice things to say about this shop. Called late on a monday, scheduled for wednesday at 8am, diagnosed by 8:30, drove home by 2:30pm. I brought my car in because I had heard rattling while driving for a few weeks, then the exhaust got really loud. The repairs were more than I had anticipated (needing a new muffler) and the price was still less than half what I expected to pay on the low end (compared to what google said).”

Worst place ever, these people will make you get your ass in trouble calling my work telling them what is going on, when I owed $32 dollars crazy everyone i put down if you are 2 days late they call everybody on the contact list is getting a call..... ask me after my experience better to work if you can't afford to buy anywhere else. Just think why are they so cheap , hell by the time you pay you like $5000 grand in them”

“Went to a big retailer who will remain nameless to have my tires changed. They changed all of my tires but one. Which had a bolt that was stripped on the inside. I went to two other places. One wanted $268 and the other said a blow torch would be needed. Finally, I went to see Matt on Woodside Drive. He said the job would be difficult, but immediately set to work removing the bolt. Which was a hell of a job, but it didn't involve a blow torch. It was a lot of work on their part, but they had the know how others obviously did not. They changed the tire, replaced the lug and nut. All for a very reasonable price. That is why I am writing this review. They saved the day for me. If you need someone work done. Then go see Matt at Tires & Service. Send all your business to them.”

“Even though my car is 20 years old and the manufacture no longer stocks parts for my car, Just Right Auto Repair replaced a faulty part and gave a three year warranty on the part and labor. As this part was replaced before there was no charge and another three year warranty for it.”

“Bryant’s Kar-Gard did an awesome job for me. They got me in and finished everything within a couple of hours. Their price was extremely reasonable — especially compared to another shop that wanted to charge me $750 before even hearing the details of my situation. They removed the broken bolt from my exhaust manifold (which is what I came in for), and then went above and beyond by cleaning the other threads and making sure everything was right — at no extra charge. Really appreciate their honesty and professionalism. Highly recommend!”
“Bill was incredibly friendly and helpful. He recommended better tires, cheaper than any of the big boys. Then when I was suspicious of needing a wheel alignment, he had his guys check and all four wheels were out of alignment. Then to top it off they did a manual alignment which is always my preference. I'm very pleased and the cost was very reasonable.”
“Very fast service. Shop dogs were friendly :) Only $50 for a used tire and got me back on the road in about 20 minutes. Also being open past 5pm makes them very convenient.”

“The gentleman who does the alignment is very thorough and I believe he's been there for many years. Alignment price was $342 for 3 axles which is reasonable. Only complaint is at lunch time the mechanics come in drivers waiting room to eat lunch and one of them was watching TikTok videos at full volume which was rude and annoying. Get your staff a break room”
“My car repair was quoted to be higher than it ended up costing. Which was a huge Blessing. Even though they are very busy they are exceptionally organized and know the wait on each vehicle being serviced. Kayla at the front desk is amazing at working with the mechanics and relaying information to the customer. My car drove like new when I got it back. They took half the time expected.”

“The folks at Goodyear located at 2407 Wade Hampton Blvd. in Greenville SC have been taking care of me and my 2009 Camry since 2014 and I cannot say enough good things about them. As a woman, it is sometimes difficult to find a good mechanic that does not talk down to you, etc. Matt Taylor, the Service Manager, and Josh (who has been “my” mechanic for the past year) do an outstanding job taking care of my car and providing excellent customer service with a smile and with kindness.
Last week my check engine light came on. I pulled over and called them right away and they managed my anxiety and said it might not be a big repair and that I could bring it in to have it checked anytime. I had hoped it would be nothing but on my way home from work the car started to shudder and I headed right there, knowing that it needed to be looked at. It was pouring rain, and I made it within a mile and the car completely stopped at a red light. I called and Josh listened to what had led to the car dying and said he would arrange for a tow truck and that he would wait for me at the store until I got there. It was close to 6pm so I was worried. Just hearing Josh say that he would wait for me, dialed my anxiety level down from a 10 to a 1. Who does that?!?! Matt and Josh do that! These folks are so kind, so professional, and provide such EXCELLENT customer service, which is why I trust them implicitly and keep coming back. ALSO, the tow he arranged for me arrived within 10 minutes (that almost never happens). They even had someone drive me home (a young woman who is in training, which I thought was cool).
Like anyone who has their car in the shop, I was anxious to get the estimate and was praying it could be fixed for a reasonable price. Spoke to Matt then Josh and heard the list of what needed attention. Ouch! Who has $2000 to drop on a car repair? Not me. They understood that and did not scare me to squeeze out a few extra $$ on unnecessary services. They did an excellent job explaining everything to me (in language I understood and without an ounce of condescension) and prioritized for me what needed to be done immediately and what could wait. Also, Matt calmed me down when I was in the shop and burst into tears when I heard the quote. Who does that? They do!!
Earlier this year I had an incident with my A/C Compressor and serpentine belt, and they were as professional and understanding as they were with this recent interaction.
This team knows what they are doing. They do thorough inspections. They are superb at repair work. They are Top Notch in the customer service department. This is where you would want your elderly mother to get her car fixed. I think word has gotten out about how great they are, as they are VERY busy these days.”
