“Excellent customer service and honest feedback. My wife and I had a flat tire while visiting family in Greenville. Even though we were from out of town ( Houston, Tx). The staff treated us like long time repeat customers. I most definitely recommend Pro tire & Auto for all your Auto needs.”
“I love my Discount Tire in Greer SC! you can pre-book the work, it's always done in a timely manner, the folks are friendly ALL the time - even when the customer sometimes is not (something I witnessed while waiting). Great manager, great team. If you are prone to being chilly in air conditioning, bring a jacket!”

“Got my tire patch in 10/15 minutes. Before that I went to a chain tire store and they could not find the issue and was blaming an old patch I got, I hardly recommend using this independent tire repair store.”
“My experience was excellent! The team member I worked with was Juan and he was the best! Kind and patient with every question I had! I definitely recommend Firestone for all car needs!”
“Paula at the Greer, SC went above and beyond to tale care of a tire issue. I arrived 30 min before closing time and after telling me there was not going to be time, she simply made it happen. I highly recommend this Firestone location”

“Where do I start? This Mavis location is hands down the best tire shop I have been to in a long time. Laura and Will were very professional and pleasant to deal with. When they were discussing my vehicle with me and the safety concerns associated with it they brought me OUT TO THE SHOP to show me what the exact issue was. How cool is that? Kevin and Carlos were the ones in the shop area today, and from what I saw and overheard they were very knowledgeable about what they were working on. This is 100% a 10/10 tire shop that I will recommend to anyone who has had bad experiences with other Automotive shops that seem to be selling you on unnecessary work. Everyone here was honest, communicative, helpful, and overall this is a good environment. Thank you to all of you for an absolutely wonderful customer service experience!
(EDIT): Came here today to have them test my TPMS Sensors due to my light being on. They were very honest about the results and very helpfully filled my tires to the proper psi. As always, thank you Mavis of Taylors!!!”
