“To the entire staff of Avenue - y'all knocked it out of the park for our rehearsal dinner and welcome party, which, by the way, we had to plan from out of state. The space was perfectly suited to accommodate both parties. From the moment of first contact, the entire team was responsive, efficient, and professional. They kept me on task throughout every stage of the process. When we arrived to drop off centerpieces, place cards, menus, etc, they already had the music we provided playing and the slideshow running. They could not have been more wonderful to work with and everyone had a great time! Thank you!”

Restaurants include Camp, Larkins, Group Therapy Pub, Insomnia Cookies, Jeni's Ice Cream with Juniper and Paloma in the AC Hotel. There is private (not city) underground parking beneath the Plaza.”

“Everything was good about our stay. Every staff person was helpful and provided good service. Good breakfast and the rooms were clean. We saw staff taking care of every little thing throughout the hotel during our week there. The breakfast lady was super and very attentive to details. We got to talking with her and she mentioned she liked working there and that the hotel had good management, I could tell there was a positive attitude amoung the staff that stemmed from the top”
“We have booked with Larkins for many of our celebrations: graduation parties, wedding, and birthdays. Sawmill is a great location with great parking. We recently hosted a birthday party for my mom - staff was amazing! They really took care of all our needs. The venue was already set upon arrival. From planning the event to the day of, communication was great! I highly recommend booking with Larkins!”

“This is one of the best Westin I've stayed in. It's not brand new or ultra luxurious, but it has a nice boutique feel with the consistency of your Westin brand. The hotel is in a historic building and is in the middle of downtown where you can walk to most restaurants or bars. I hear it's popular for wedding and other formal events. Also, on this day in October the pricing of under $200 was amazing for a hotel like this. Like this?”

“This hotel is definitely taken care of. The staff is extremely friendly. The breakfast has one of the best spreads and dining areas in which I have ever been. Condiments on every table and a great selection. Elaine and Helmine were the two ladies preparing the food this morning. They DEFINITELY go above and beyond what is required. “Wade and Tony have created a hidden gem and cornerstone of the Greenville golf community. The simulators are a great value and provide a lot of fun for a “night in” with golf and drinks. They also offer club fitting services and stock the latest Mizuno and Titleist clubs.
For me, the true standout is Tony’s club repair shop. I’ve had full sets built, shafts repaired, loft and lie checks, and brought in other clubs for a “second opinion.” Tony’s work is second to none, and it’s no surprise that local and traveling pros rely on him regularly.
If you haven’t stopped by yet to play the course simulators, buy some clubs, or get your current set worked on, you owe it to your game to give them a try.”
“Nice Hotel, room and bathroom were spacious, breakfast was very good...Now this employee named Shondra needs to improve her Hospitality and customer service...when we arrived she did not even welcome us, instead very cold and bad attitude same thing when she was serving at the Bar!
Not one smile, kindness, or sense of service.
How can this type of employee be hired for a front desk when they'll be better on the back without customer interaction!”

“Great location within a walking distance of everything downtown Greenville. The rooms were clean, kind of a strange layout (not a lot of space to hang clothes or take stuff out of your bags) therefore not the best for longer stays, but for one or two nights it works! Very nice fitness facility in the building as well. Breakfast is optional add on, but would suggest to save your money and eat someplace else.”

“Hotel sits off from the road it's Nice and clean.free laundry also..mini fridge wasn't working properly it wasn't cold at all.breakfast choices was awful ..but I Paid great price for 4 days. food store (inside the hotel )prices are too expensive it is very overpriced.I didn't like the luggage carts very small.I didn't like the parking lot in the back it was very dark near a wooded area.Hotel not far from restaurants and shopping area .ice maker (refrigerator) made loud noise.But other them that I would recommend.very quiet hotel .(besides the ice maker )”

“We came here for the public indoor pool. The price was only $10 per adult. Perfect for a rainy and cold winter day. FYI, you only make a reservation online for a specific time slot but you pay when you arrive. It showed 32/50 people had already reserved for our time slot and honestly it wasn’t busy at all. I think it included the people in the lap pool.
The pool area has a great play area for little ones, with slides and fountains. The whirlpool isn’t open for kids. The water temperature could have been a little warmer, but it was alright when you kept moving. The changing rooms were alright, clean, but not new or fancy. We will definitely come back.”
“Our community bowling league recently enjoyed a delightful holiday party prior to our league bowling night. Kim (supervisor) and Kane(manager) were very helpful in our planning process. We met in advance to select items from the alley’s holiday party menu. They provided a delightfully decorated setup for our party, with a buffet dinner, desserts, and soft drinks. The party area was right behind the lanes where we bowled, so everything was very convenient. We look forward to another holiday celebration in 2026!”

“My family came here after the hurricane and the incredible service here was evident at the desk. They had just gotten power back and had a line out the door. The front desk crew handled it well and professionally despite rude behavior from some potential guests included a woman claiming to be a DHEC employee.
Nikki behind the desk even recognized a man who was waiting in the lobby and not the line and made a point to go check on him. Turned out the man was deaf and she expertly helped him ensure he was able to check in despite all the madness. The whole week we were there the staff was very accommodating and helpful making it a home away from home in a time of need. Shout out to the manager Brett for the assistance in the room as well during the hotels frantic start up after getting power back.
20/10 recommend this place. Great people.”
“Pretty great experience would recommend to friends i went there and paid for the 90 minute pass for me and my girl and the workers we’re all friendly willing to help us with anything the basket ball court was pretty good and they even offer an event bundle that comes with several different bonus such as black lights food drinks etc, 10/10 would go again”
