Getting a phone is the ultimate ick for me! That was until visiting this store to upgrade my phone. Roger made it smooth and seamless. I will be going to back to him and this location only from now on!

Going to Verizon is probably one of my least favorite errands; however, Roger made the experience as painless as possible! He answered all my questions AND helped to save money in the process. He was super informative and I’ll definitely make sure to go back to this store

Had a terrible experience at this place! Spent the entire day Wednesday making 4 trips to this store to get a new phone and my old phone traded in. The rep Gould not fix the problem and I ended up talking with three Apple IPhone reps for a total of 2 and 1/2hours. Had to make another trip back over there today to finally get my old phone downloaded! After my daughter in law checked the bill ( the account is in her name)she had been charged Phone protection and one other service which I did not ask for and it shot her monthly bill up over $50! The rep never asked me if I wanted those services!!!Stay away from this store!!! This has been beyond ridiculous!!!

THIEVES !! Charged me for $340 of accessories I didn’t want. Activated 3 fake phone lines on my account without my knowledge. Added insurance to my 3 lines without my consent Will be contacting the Greenville Police dept. And file a report for fraudulent charges on my accountHad to go to another store to return everything and I hope Steven gets $0 commission on my sale very disappointed

I’ve had multiple issues at this store, unfortunately. Now that I know they’re actually NOT a corporate store & that them being a Victra company or something like that, I see why I’m having so much trouble. The last time I went to simply connect my son’s phone to a cellular network, they added a phone number (so essentially an extra line) under my phone that already had a line! What a scam! Thank goodness I noticed the extra charge on my first bill that went up almost $100!!! Now I’m thinking I should get a refund for the money I paid in-store. Preying on unsuspecting & ignorant (to technology!) customers is wrong on so many levels! I worked in the retail business for over 10 years! It’s not hard to be honest…try it sometime Victra in Cherrydale sales guy! Or please, quit your day job! ?

Don't go to this place it is not a verizon coperate store. It is a retailer known as Victra. They will scam you and change your plans around without you knowing. Phillip C, who scammed me, was more of a snake than a car salesman. I traded in a phone, and they changed my plan to cost over double. Went to return the phone and was told that I couldn't get it back even with returning the one I purchased. Terrible experience, save yourself the hassle, and go to an official store!!

The worst customer service I've ever had. Too lazy get up out the chair and didn't know how to help me. Told me to drive back to the Florida Verizon store for help where I bought the new IPhone from. I called corporate about this lazy rude good for nothing employee and they said they are aware of the employee but haven't replaced him do to been short staffed, what a joke.
