“When we moved to Greenville we were concerned we wouldn't find a veterinary team as good as our previous one. The team at Ambassador definitely resolved all of those concerns. Everyone there is kind, helpful, and clearly loves animals. Dr. Alexander and Dr. Aliferis are amazing and very knowledgeable, as are all of their technicians. The staff at the front desk are very efficient; they have us checked in pretty much as soon as we walk in the door because they remember us. I absolutely recommend this office for your pets.”

“I love Roper Mountain. A neighbor takes her dogs here and I took the recommendation. They amazing care of my dog. When you walk in the staff is friendly, the vet techs are gentle with my dog. Dr. Banks and Dr. Ross are both compassionate and caring people. The first time I left my dog to board there when I came to pick her up she was getting cuddles. “I love this Banfield location. They have been excellent at taking care of my two dogs, are so transparent with pricing, and always do their best to be efficient & thorough! What prompted me to write this review was my recent visit when I took my cat to see them last week. He is adorable at home, but an absolute demon at the vet. I made them aware of this and they handled his demonic attitude with care, love, & grace- and successfully gave him his vaccines without him being drugged or anyone being bit by bratty cat child. I usually leave vet visits with my cat in tears from frustration, but I left this appointment with a smile on my face! (My cat wasn’t smiling, but he got the vaccines he needed! He’s just fine). Thank you 1000x over to the staff here for making what is usually a traumatic experience, an excellent one!”

“Probably have had close to 15 appts with this establishment with my four dogs. The vets are patient and highly knowledgeable. They actually listen to the pet owner and are not dismissive. The front office staff are a dream with scheduling and check out. Never been waiting in a room forever for a doctor to come check. The prices are reasonable and if you tell them you can't pay a certain amount they will do everything in their power to make sure your dog gets great care at that price. If it weren't for Dr. Middleton, my dog would have passed away twice from infectious diseases he's contracted at Astro kennel for daycare. The vet office is very very clean. You won't regret choosing them as your first stop for your animals.”
