The staff and Doctors listen and explain things here when they are with you. Everyone has made us both feel very at ease and welcome and we are glad to have found you! Some medications you can even buy there on site, and for those you can't they have a convenient order online Pharmacy store that was hassle free. Thank you!”
“This place is awesome. It is super clean and somehow always pretty quiet, which makes it less stressful for our anxious dogs. The front staff is always cheerful and polite (shout out to Kelsey who is an incredible human being and helped me find snacks and entertainment for my kids while we were here!) Dr. Bauer and her staff are very professional, knowledgeable and courteous; she knew exactly what his skin issues were within 10 minutes of her examination. Buddy's been having problems since December with numerous visits to our local vet who did an excellent job, but knew it was time for a referral when his skin issues were beyond their expertise. They were able to get us in quickly and I felt the prices were reasonable for everything they did. I highly recommend Animal Dermatology Greenville for any dermatology issues.”

Understandably I was nervous about her going under anesthesia but the team was reassuring and monitored all throughout the process. Happy to say, my dog is recovering very well. Ive been to a lot of vets in the past and I have never felt this level of trust and confidence in the entire team, but honestly what really stands out is that beyond the exceptional veterinary care, there is an extraordinary amount of compassion and humanity. Everyone has been incredibly sweet, compassionate, patient, and genuinely caring. You can tell that every person who works here truly loves these cats and cares about the people who love them. They have made us feel very supported, heard, and reassured every time we talk to them.
They communicate well, treat you with kindness and respect, and never make you feel like you are a burden or just another appointment. They are invested and go above and beyond. And trust me, I am “THAT” cat parent! But they listen and take the time for me and my cats whether its just another day at the vet or an emergency and it is incredibly comforting to know that our babies are in the hands of people who care as much as we do.
