Our puppy who’s very skittish around strangers, had a dew claw injury and Amber and Dr. Morel were incredibly perceptive and understanding about establishing rapport with our pup and going for the minimally invasive treatment to make sure she’d be okay.They were upfront and transparent about costs before proceeding with anything and we thought the price was very reasonable given that when our puppy’s injury occurred we were able to instantly book an appointment (online) and got a slot the very next day.On top of everything, the location is lovely, with a gated nature trail right next to the building so our pup was able to enjoy a walk and have happy associations with the location.”
