“This is an extremely late review, but I wanted to give a shout out to Wally who provided EXCELLENT customer service when I needed my wedding band resized in May. The ring was ordered online and was about a half size smaller than it needed to be (I was estimating my size and didn't guess correctly). Wally helped me immediately, was extremely personable, and did not come off like a pushy salesperson. He was honest, easygoing, and had my ring resized within less than 10 minutes. Going into the store, I expected that I would have to drop the ring off and return to pick it up several days later. Nope! Wally took care of the ring right away so that my husband and I could spend time packing for our honeymoon instead of running around to different stores. REEDS Jewelers, give this man a raise!”
