“So, if you don't know...the best way to do Sam's Cub is through their plus membership. With this plus, you just open the app, go to fuel, scan the qr code on the pump, and follow the instructions. It is at the very least twice as fast. No swipping, no waiting, no holding up everyone else (maybe I shouldn't say it that way); I'm just trying to get my point across. And when you are done, the receipt is sent to you. You just feel like a VIP...especially when you see others doing the whole song and dance to get started, and you got started after them, and start pumping before them, leading to finishing so far ahead of them that you don't even see them finish...lol...Sams should pay me for this review, cause plus membership bout to go up. And I didn't even talk about in store perks...I never had any problems with gas there, and I couldn't take a pic of it to show the quality, and my car doesn't talk about it.Keep it up Sammy!”

“I received the best service from this pharmacy today. First of all, I randomly asked if they had my medicine in stock, and to my astonishment, they did. My pharmacy had been out for a few weeks, so I promptly asked them if they could fill it. The Pharmacist, Ray, was awesome. He reviewed my medicines and informed me that a lot of their medicines are no charge or a lot less than most pharmacies. He took the time to explain a lot, so now I will be moving me and my husband’s scripts there. His entire team is friendly and efficient. Thank you so much! Great customer service…”

“Loving this Sam's they had an item that the Sam's club in Easley stopped carrying. I found this item at the Greenville location along with other needed items. I may have to bite the bullet and fight Woodruff road traffic, because of Easley's Sam's Club. A nice shopping experience though it was crowded, the check out lines moved very fast. A thumbs up to Greenville's Sam's.”

“Superb service. Awesome products. I'm more than pleased with my first experience getting glasses! Unfortunately, I cannot remember the names of the two employees who helped me, but they made my experience at the Costco Vision Center so easy, seamless, and even fun! Thank you so much to the young lady of color with long black hair, she was so helpful, knowledgeable, and relatable. Also thanks to the wonderful woman with shorter hair and fun glasses! I loved her energy and I ended up getting a pair of glasses she picked out for me (behind the case!) I'm so grateful to have had a great experience getting my first glasses. TEN stars.”

“We like Costco but the store aisles are not marked as to what merchandise is in that aisle. Also seems like it is always busy and people can be rude. I really don't enjoy the shopping experience at Costco. The only reason for shopping there is to save money on certain items.”

“We like to patronize this store because the prices are worth the drive. We usually find supplies for our business, but this last time I found edible flowers in the cooler section! They have a great selection as far as size and color choices. This is a membership based store, but membership is free, just fill out the form with your business info and you should be good to go.”

“Purchased tires a while ago, and use Costco tire service for regular rotations and repair, I seem to be a nail-in-tire magnet. Like others have said, the appointments are two weeks out, lines are long. But that's not surprising. It's a 45-minute wait for eyeglasses and the parking lot is dangerously crowded. Greenville truly needs a second Costco. This one is just too busy overall, in all departments. This week I had a faulty tire sensor replaced and was told to drive 20 miles and I did, stopping to turn the car off and on a few times to give it time to read and reset. And when I returned to say it did not reset...the busy staff asked me to give it more time. So after 50 miles and two days the tire sensor was still flashing, it had not reset itself. When I returned, LJ took a tablet and ODBC cable out to my car and made it right, cheerfully. It wasn't easy (Toyota seems to be finicky) and he got it done. LJ was a huge help getting the flashing tire sensor light off and ths five-star review is specifically for him.”
