“I lived in Regency, with my husband, for just over a year. We had a three bedroom unit and rented a garage. Our unit was on ground level and was pet friendly. The units are clean and the bedrooms are a good size. The only reason I am not giving a 5 star is a small thing, the kitchens are tiny with limited counterspace, if you are not into cooking, this would not be an issue. The staff is amazing, they are the kindest people. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. The owners do everything they can do keep this place clean, up-to-date and SAFE! I never once felt unsafe at anytime of the day or night while in the complex. I would recommend this place to anyone needing a comfortable, safe, clean place to live. I am from the north, so I believe the rent here is more than fair for all that you get.”
