“The nicest, cleanest, safest, and best maintained apartment complex I have seen. We lived in Regency from 2019-2021, and it was an amazing experience. We visited Greenwood over the summer of 2023 and drove through, and the complex is clearly still as well-maintained as ever! The staff is quick to respond, friendly, and thorough. The units are beautiful and updated, too. If we ever moved back to Greenwood and needed an apartment, we would choose Regency in a heartbeat!”
