The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. They are helpful in locating parts, even rare ones no longer made, and provide honest advice on repairs. Didnt have my filters i needed but was more than welcome to order them and have them in about 3 days held onto them till i could make it in on friday to pic them up. Will use them again.
