“I have been going to the Cricket Wireless Store at 1325 Main St, Greenwood, SC. I received a survey and entered the numbering wrong. I have to take the time to correct that. While I can't correct the survey, I would like to take the time to give a glowing Review. The store manager at this location, Tishilia Cowans is AWESOME! She always has the time to answer any questions that I might have and always provides superior Customer Service! She is an asset to the company.”
“Robert went to great lengths to make my radio work correctly. What should been a 3 or 4 hour job turned into a 12 hour job but he didn’t stop till he got it finished. Excellent job. I would recommend him to anyone. I will definitely go back to him if I ever need his assistance again”

“My husband and I visited the Verizon store for new devices. I can not say enough good things about the Customer Service Rep Vernon. He was simply amazing! He took his time to understand our needs, offered very helpful information, and even cost savings information we were unaware of. The visit took some time since were were upgrading multiple devices, but Vernon kept us updated, engaged, and most importantly, he made sure we left with fully functioning devices and all questions answered.”
