“I came in the store today and I worked with Hilary. First off, let me say that Miss Hilary was very knowledgable!! She was extremely thorough and left nothing out. Before I went in to upgrade my phone, I already checked the numbers through my Verizon app. Hilary, provided me with the exact same numbers! She had the friendliest smile during the entire transaction and needless to say, I am now the proud owner of a Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra!! I love my new phone! Please keep Hilary around! She made this one of my BEST experiences at Verizon! Great job Hilary!!!”
