“Always excellent customer service when I shop here. I stopped by tonight and was just looking at clearance shoes and there was one random shoes not in a box and I couldn't find the box or anything and I thought maybe it wasn't even a clearance shoe but the lovely employee Nykia, help me out. There were no empty boxes on the shelf so I wasn't even sure if it belonged on clearance and I didn't think the look deceived something else was in the wrong box and she was able to find the Nike box that these Nikes would have came in and I really appreciate her going after a way and it was within 15 minutes of closing. She never sounded upset or anything about doing her job she was very pleasant helpful and I really appreciate her helping me find the shoe box for so I can know the price and I was not able to purchase them it was in my budget I appreciate her help she was very friendly.”
“I have no complaints… rather a suggestion… maybe I overlooked it but when returning an online purchase it would be nice to hv an exchange option. I had to return my shoe to reorder a bigger size. Only to find out, the shoe is now out of stock so I had to order from GOAT. I didn’t accumulate any points there. I would’ve rather had ordered from Hibbett. None the less, I found another shoe I like on Hibbett and still ended up ordering again.”

“HOKA was a particular brand of shoes I was looking for in town, with a wide toe box; Houser Shoes carried them. These shoes are recommended by my doctor. I chose the Clifton 9. They have a 5mm heel-to-toe drop and feel wonderful when taking a walk. BTW, I broke them in first before ever going outside. For 3-4 days I wore them inside walking all around our home. It is a good idea to do with any new shoes, to check the fit.”
“This place is huge. There are a lot of shoes at this Rack Room location. Sure it's unpleasant for the workers covering the shoes with tarps due to leaks in the ceiling. The younger workers could use some training when it comes to customer service and greetings. The older lady was ok though.”
“The employees were super nice and quick to help. Easy to get and out. I love shopping here and the discounts I receive via text or by mail. I will def be back. This location also has a larger selection than the other one in greenwood. Typically I end up having to go to greenville. They have def bulked up on inventory at the one n the mall with better selections..”
