“My first time renting from Dollar in Greenville. I had thought the company was located at the GSP Airport, but it was about one mile away. I could not find any information on how to get a shuttle. The lady at the Hertz counter called several different numbers and got a live person. I waited maybe twenty minutes for a shuttle. I too had a ding on my rental bumper, and the guy wrote some notes on a diagram and kept it. On returning, that was the stressful part. I arrived and the sign on the door said their office was closed from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., and this was at 10:00 a.m. No one was on the property, except for a lady waiting for someone in her vehicle. She told me I had to go to Hertz if someone was not there. It would have been nice if they had explained that to me at the time of rental, where to return if no one was there. The office was staffed by only one person. The only positive was they rented me a red Dodge Challenger, which was fun, and the only car available other than a mini van. The car had two doors, was listed as a mid-size car, but if I had to take my parents anywhere in the car (which I did not) there would have been some issues. Overall, because I liked the car, I give it 4 stars.”

“Not one bad experience ! Highly recommend this location. Manager is super sweet and professional also every one here has such a great customer service attitude. A lot of ppl don’t understand that making a reservation online vs calling there to make one is COMPLETELY DIFFERENT.”

“Great experience, fast pick up and drop off with Fastbreak. The technical issue I had which got resolved was filling up the car upon drop off. Which on my account had Fuel Plans (GSO) additional the front desk on pick up didn't ask me about enrolling in it though it was on my account. But it was resolved when I dropped it off. So it was the best possible outcome.”

“Car Selection is very Poor at the time of pick up but where they lack in selection is made up by the sweet lady behind the counter helping you. She did all she could to accommodate me and wasn't trying to shove me away like 90% of rentals places I go to do.Cars aren't super clean but they are a high volume store so I'll give it a pass.They do not answer the phone at all so if you have any issues or need to potentially extend your rental I would avoid Hertz at GSP.I'm happy with what I got and the quality of service I received!(Add Pictures so people can get a sense of the selection quality)”

“Easy and fast; however l was disappointed that l was charged for a 6:45 am rental car return when in fact l returned the car at 4 am. The time set to return the rental was set for 4:30 am.You had an after hours drop box which we dropped the keys in, so l don't understand how you came to the conclusion that the rental car was dropped off at 6:45!”
