“Fair price, but I don't know why they charge extra for an additional driver. Doesn't add any extra liability to the rental company.
It doesn't appear that they inspect returned cars for cleanliness. We had one that was full of ants, and the second one had some trash left in it. I assume that's how they afford to give you a cheaper price..”

“Allison is a miracle worker. Let's see we woke up at 5am. Got to the airport a little over 2 hrs early. Had breakfast then noticed our flight left about 20 minutes early.
Enterprise was booked, dollar and thrifty had no 1 way vehicles. Allegiant said it we wanted to pay double we could fly home at 8pm. Allison looked and budget was booked too.
I explained our story and she found us a car even though she was sold out. She called and found something that wasn't listed because it needed transported in the direction we were headed.
Clever thinking like that should be rewarded. Allison should get a bonus she really saved the day for us at the Greenville airport today.”

“Good customer service, however, when I got to the rental car I was assigned to had a bad skunk smell when I opened the door and saw burn marks on the driver side seat and the back passenger side seat. The cloth on the seats were ver dirty and stained. The car also needed an oil change and serviced. I did not have time to wait and get another car as there was only one employee available to service customers and was a very long line so I just had to keep what I had. Thee vehicle drove well, but the smell was horrible every time I got into the car to drive it.”
