I just gave 4 stars because the guy from Mauldin said me pleasant burg would have a car for me but he didn’t say would br way expensive. If Jackson at Pleasanthurg didnt help me, i was probably with no car now. Thank you for helping me!”
“Wanted to update my review and include Braxton at the Buncombe Rd location as another great employee. I wasn’t familiar with the car’s modern system, so I was under the impression it might have an electrical issue. There was nothing wrong with it. I brought it in and Braxton patiently showed me why it appears to stop running when idling and reassured me it was doing exactly what it’s supposed to do. He explained that technology well.
Very easy to reach the local office by phone. Extremely professional, helpful and courteous. All around excellent customer service at this Buncombe Rd location. Eric and John were the gentlemen helping me.
I’ve had good experiences with the Lauren’s Rd location too, particularly with Ryan in April who was great (whom I think is usually in Mauldin), but I recently posted a review expressing frustration in May when I attempted repeatedly to speak to the local office on Laurens to ask questions only they would be able to answer, but the system kept putting me through to the automated call center.
I think there was a miscommunication when I finally got through to a live local person on Laurens, but they sent me back to the call center.
I was able to talk to Lauren’s Rd directly in the past, so maybe it was just busy times when I was trying to speak with them.
I’m glad I booked with Buncombe this time though.”

“I had a car through Elite via a local Ford dealership that was servicing my car. The gentleman that dropped of the rental at Ford was extremely nice. He walked me around the car to verify any damage and pointed out important things like how to open the gas door and use the automatic lights. Highly recommend!”

“Reserved me 12 ft box truck 10 days in advance. Everything went well except the website didn't tell me about the $150 deposit. Not the stores fault. The truck was shockingly a really nice truck with only 60k miles. Seems like a lot of you guys reserved online same day and didn't call to confirm. Plan better.”
