I have never known him to treat anybody the way that he is being portrayed in these reviews! “Came here cause my parents always rented with them and never had issues.Great customer service. Made my reservation online, paid for a 5 seat SUV. Received one with 3rd row seating for the same price which was great. Checked in online so it literally only took 2 minutes to receive the keys. Will be back for my next roadtrip ?”

“Avis is my "go to" place for car rentals and has been for years.This location definitely stands out among other locations I have visited.They always have my reservation ready and I have been happy with every vehicle I have rented at this location. I even get vehicle upgrades on occasion which is always a nice surprise.The customer service is always great. Even when the employees are handling multiple customers and they are very busy, they never get flustered and I never feel rushed. They take the time to make sure the vehicle is good to go and that I am good with my rental.I have also been there when an employee was handling a customer that who was "not happy" for whatever reason. The employee handled the situation with patience and was obviously doing everything she could to make the customer happy.Bottom line:Great location to rent a vehicle.”
