CVS is a pharmacy that many customers find helpful and friendly. The pharmacy manager is often praised for being kind, professional, and having a positive attitude, especially when working the drive-thru. Staff members, including those at checkout, are described as helpful, calm, and caring, even in challenging situations like assisting with passport photos for young children or managing busy hours. Customers appreciate efforts made by staff to accommodate special needs, such as helping with autistic children, and recognize the extra mile some employees go to assist with prescriptions on backorder. However, there are some concerns about staffing levels, which have led to longer wait times for prescriptions, sometimes taking several days. Despite these issues, many customers acknowledge the hard work of CVS employees and express gratitude for their efforts during busy times. Overall, CVS is seen as a place where dedicated staff work hard to serve customers, though occasional delays and staffing shortages can impact service.
The first time I went to pick up my prescription, they lost it and told me they would call me when they found it. They didn’t call, but when I went back they were able to find it.

Typical CVS pharmacy. I shop here because of the pharmacy team. I've never dealt with a more attentive and respectful pharmacist. I literally drive across town to get the same meds from the same store much closer to home just for the pharmacy experience.

Yep - still a great bunch of folks over there, like Chris J said. Great Pharmacy experience.
