Very unprofessional attitude in the phone service the pharmacist lady doesn't want to hear what we are saying while ordering the prescription. She needs to evaluated and educated by her supervisor to handle customer with some sort of politeness. We are paying for the medication not that we are getting it for free.

Doctor called in 4 prescriptions. One they did not have on hand but neglected to tell us when we picked them up. Once we discovered that the prescription was missing, we searched other drug stores and found a Walgreens with inventory. We asked CVS to transfer the prescription. After over 4 hours and several call backs, the prescriptionhas finally been transferred. Also, the CVS pharmacist said that the prescription was transferred to the wrong Walgreens but Walgreens had no record in their system so the CVS pharmacist clearly lied. You should be able to trust your pharmacist but this CVS is totally untrustworthy.

Have been using it for years. Recently found that now there are so short staffed that it takes days to get my Hydrocodone. I have chronic pain from rheumatoid Arthritis, scoliosis and spinal Stenosis. I will be changing pharmacies. I must get my meds in a timely fashion. Their excuse is that the pharmacist themselves must count out that medication. I’ve been waiting 4 days. Totally unacceptable.

The pharmacist who was working 1-24-23 around 1800 was super helpful. I can't remember his name but he went the extra mile to try and help me with my prescription that is currently on backorder. Very appreciative because I've been basically hung up on by other pharmacists at different companies.

This is the worst pharmacy ever! The pharmacists generally are rude, they always are out of my medication that I need. This week they were out of 2, can't give you a date of replenishment... I had to use This pharmacy because of my insurance. Changing everything back over to Walgreen's now that I have new insurance. They always have stock, were cordial & even had treats for my dogs. Avoid CVS in Greer on Main!

The foreign pharmacist is extremely rude. I called with a question about medication and he cut me off with every thing I was saying. I usually have no problems at this location but this attitude is unprofessional.

(Not 1 star rating, its a ZERO rating)... RUDE service at the Pharmacy. I didn't know they closed the pharmacy at 1:30pm. Unfortunately I got there a few mins before 1:30pm. When it was my turn at the window the employee put the sign that said they were closed. I lifted the medicine I was bringing to get it mixed and made a begging gesture. The employee removed the sign and opened the window. To my disbelief, he yelled at me telling me it was his 'lunch break' and that 'they close everyday at the same time'. I told him he didn't have to yell at me or have that tone. I couldn't help to cry... I understand there were starting their lunch break, and but him going through the trouble to remove the sign, and opened the window to yell at me was unnecessary... what he doesn't know (not that he cared) but I was also on my lunch break and I was getting the medication for my disabled child. I will not use this pharmacy again and I suggest the same to whom is reading this review.

Went thru the drive thru today. Took over 30 minutes. These people, and workers at other places, are doing the best they can considering the situation. Thank you CVS for your hard work.
