The Hurricane Express Wash is a popular choice for car washes, offering great service and a friendly staff. Customers may receive helpful assistance from the employees, who ensure the wash is done correctly. New customers may even receive complimentary top-of-the-line car washes, as well as detailed explanations of membership options and facility features. The staff is known to provide additional services like tire shining at no extra cost. The monthly wash plans are a good value, particularly for those who live nearby. Customers appreciate the convenience of the location and the staff's eagerness to make their experience a positive one. The car wash does a near-perfect job, and the prices are not too bad for a monthly car wash. Customers also enjoy the ability to use their barcode at other locations, making it an all-in-one service.
Just moved here and Rae was so helpful with setting up my car wash package. She answered all of my questions and even washed my mats. She was the true example of customer service.
