Service was great. My first visit with daughter-in-laws vehicle, so I wasn't sure if there was a problem with the wash or flaw on paint, but Donovan was very helpful and ran the vehicle thru again. Will be coming back again because of customer service.

Love the car wash but they can't seem to keep it working, great people but the wash quality could use some help by keeping the equipment running. Thanks. Edit 2/24/24 Once again the wash is broke down, the second set of blue brushes that clean the sides is down, one person working and doing a half hearted job of prewashing. If you're going to be open have people there to hand wash every area that your machine wash won't get because it's broken down YET AGAIN! What a junk operation.

So first off as I'm making my selection at the kiosk a guy pops out from behind it and tries to upsell me on a monthly car wash program. Even after I told him I'm not interested he continues on. I asked him the difference between the cat five and a cat 5 plus and at first he couldn't answer it and then tried to make up something and when I pointed out that the cat 5 plus has the ceramic coating in the mix he's like oh yeah.So then I make my purchase and proceed through the lift gate and come up to where I get into the wash. The guy who is supposed to point out to not ride your brakes, keep the car in neutral and hands off the wheel acts like he's doing me a big favor to point this out.Then the second guy who is assisting him and is supposed to be prewashing the front and back of your vehicle, acted as if it was killing him to do anything. He put very little pressure behind the brush and if there was any soap on it, you could not prove it by me. I went through the car wash which did an okay job on cleaning the exterior.I pulled around to where I was to vacuum my vehicle and that was an absolute joke. There was zero strength to my vacuum and I could see other people struggling with theirs as well.I will not return to this establishment.

I’m new to the neighborhood, stopped in at the car wash to check out memberships, Jonathan was cool enough to hook me up with a complimentary top of the line car wash on the house. Details were insane. Facility was clean, lots of attachments for vacuuming well priced packages, definitely a new returning customer !Thank you!

Great car wash. The monthly plan is well worth it especially since I live near by. The staff has always been great and Logan even shines my tires for free if not busy !

At the actual WASH:Great customer service, awesome wash, vacuums, sprays, and extras for the price. The only issue I have had is I moved and cancelled my membership three months ago, saved the screenshot and am still being charged monthly. HAVE EMAILED AND KEEP GETTING CHARGED. SO, I have written a letter to the AG office since they want to not acknowledge my communications.

Jonathan greeted us with a smile and was eager to help out. He got us through and then swing back by to be sure that we were happy with our wash. We are always happy with our monthly wash service here.As we were finishing up Jonathan came by again and offered to power wash our mats! I was so surprised and thankful. He just genuinely seemed interested in making our experience here a great one. He did a super job!Love this convenient location.
