“I’ve always had excellent service at this store. Dr Mike and all of his employees are wonderful, but I was particularly impressed with an encounter I witnessed between Brianna and an elderly lady who was very confused about the process of sending her package. While some people would not have had the patience for this rather lengthy encounter, Brianna was entirely professional, composed, and diligent to see the process through to the end and answer all of the customer’s questions courteously and with no hint of impatience.

“Really good experience. A black older gentleman helped us, Greg. We just came to buy the box and bubble wrap and didn’t come to ship (we shipped internationally).
